Carbon Fiber Telescopic Pole — 3K Twill, 25 mm, Water Fed Ready

A carbon fibre telescopic pole earns its price at full extension. At twelve metres an aluminium pole begins to whip, and every movement of the operator's shoulder is transmitted to the brush head. A carbon pole of the same length stays straight, so the brush lands where it is placed and the glass is finished in fewer passes. For crews working water-fed windows, solar arrays or gutters from the ground, that difference appears as less fatigue by mid-afternoon and fewer callbacks.

Technology

Each tube is roll-wrapped around a mandrel and cured under controlled temperature, with fibre orientation set at 0° and 90° to balance bending stiffness against hoop strength. The stiffness of a telescopic pole is governed mainly by outer diameter and wall thickness rather than by fibre grade alone. This is why every model is quoted with its OD and wall dimension instead of a single high-modulus claim.
